Cooperated with five coking plants in park such as Shaanxi Huanghe Mining, the third parties invested CNY 85 million to build the first desulfurization waste liquid centralized treatment project of China. Jiangsu Liaoyuan provided technical support and was responsible for operation and management. In 2018, Hancheng Lvbang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was jointly established. The annual coke output was 11 million tons, the daily wastewater treatment capacity was 350 tons, and the annual wastewater treatment capacity was 115,000 tons. It can annually produce 13,000 tons of high-quality sodium thiocyanate. The evaporating condensate after salt extraction is deeply purified, most of the water meets the water replenishment requirements of the cooling circulating water system, and is used for replenishing water in the circulating water system; a small part can be used for the desulfurization system to replenish water, which solves the coking problem (water balance of Desulphurization system) that has plagued coking enterprises for many years.
